Artifex provides interior design, project coordination, and custom artwork services. Details about specific projects, timelines, and pricing are provided in proposals or contracts.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes in project scope may affect pricing.

3. Payment

A deposit is required to begin work (typically [insert 30%]).
Remaining balances are due according to the project agreement.
Additional services or changes outside the original scope are billed separately.

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for each project, including design, artwork creation, and installation. Delays can occur due to client approvals, vendor schedules, or other factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we ask that you:

Provide accurate project details and site access as needed
Review and approve designs, concepts, and deliverables promptly
Obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions

6. Intellectual Property

Artifex retains copyright for all original designs and artwork until full payment is received.
After full payment, clients may use the work for the intended project.
Artifex may showcase images of completed projects in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

7. Custom Artwork

Artwork is created specifically for your project and may not be reproduced or sold without written permission.
Delivery and installation times are estimated and may vary based on size, materials, and fabrication.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Clients are responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date, including design and artwork development.

9. Limitation of Liability

Artifex delivers services with care and professionalism. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Ottawa County, Michigan].
